How do we book Love In Focus Co. & pay a deposit?
A non-refundable booking fee of $500 is due at the time of booking to secure the Videography service and Event date. If the booking fee is not paid, then the Videography services are not secured for the Event Dates and the Agreement is nulled. You may send us a message via any of our platforms and we will be in touch regarding the payment and booking.
What is your revision process?
We believe in collaboration with the client to deliever the quality that is expected. Within reason, we encourage the client to communicate their vision and review the video edits until the quality of the product achieves client’s satisfaction.
What is your cancellation & refund policy
Don’t sweat if there has been a change of plans, in the event the client requires a cancellation, refunds must be requested 30 days prior to the event by email or phone. After this, the option for refund will not be available. The booking fee is non-refundable.
What’s the Donation page about?
Love In Focus Co. believes in spreading the love & is committed to donating 5% of it’s earning to charities. The Donation page will be updated and client’s will be able to choose what causes their dollar will be donated to.
What will be the video set up on the day?
We set up 3 cameras on a tripod and our videographer(s) will be operating a gimbal camera or a drone. We also utilise audio recording devices, mics, and lapels so you can hear every word crisp and clear.
